Each apartment has a door from the “iDoor” series. The design we have chosen is 3D oak with natural veneer, because of the maximum natural colors, approaching both nature and the overall vision of the complex. To emphasize its uniqueness, we have chosen black hardware, which is not only one of the most preferred, but is always an ideal solution when it comes to style.
What is different about this door model compared to ordinary ones is precisely its functionality and innovation. Here, in addition to the standard mechanical unlocking, we also have “sensor unlocking” or in other words – unlocking via fingerprint. So even if you forget your key at home, you will be able to enter your home using only your own fingerprint, and for greater convenience, the series provides the ability to place as many as 100 fingerprints. So each member of your family will have an individual “key”.
These are far from all the advantages that the door provides. It has “Active Security” security systems, sensors and a built-in siren. As a sound insulation, it is adjusted to allow up to 30 decibels, and as a heat transfer it has a coefficient of 0.85. So the noise will not be your guest, and the heat will be preserved only within the boundaries of your home.
Undoubtedly, the most important quality for a door is that it be secure enough. That is why the model has two completely independent locks from each other, which keep the home protected even if one of them is damaged. Given this feature, each apartment has its own power supply for the door, installed on an individual fuse, and in cases where the power goes out, the iDoor series has a built-in battery that assists in unlocking and locking it. For even greater security, the door has a ten-point lock with two static spikes and eight spikes on the side of the locks, four of which are electric and the other four are mechanical.
This door is a true embodiment of the word “innovation” not only because of the non-standard unlocking, but also because of the ability to be controlled via an application. Yes, that’s right! Through it, you can monitor the status of the two locks, whether it is unlocked or locked in real time, the temperature inside and outside, the siren, sensors, battery voltage and of course, grant and revoke access when fingerprints are present.
